Siri Kodra Street · Tirana
Slender vertical structures with elevated gardens.
A mixed-use development of 67,082.70 m² gross floor area on a 10,542 m² plot on Siri Kodra Street: slender vertical structures of up to 95 m, layered like a millefeuille, with multi-level elevated gardens.
Urban Millefeuille breaks the mass of a large urban block into slender vertical structures. Between them, elevated gardens on several levels bring planting, light and outdoor space to every band of the building, from the street to the roof.
The plot sits 3 minutes from the New Boulevard, 6 minutes from the city centre and 20 minutes from Tirana International Airport. Residences, offices and retail share the ground level with public passages through the block.
