Three villas above the Ionian Sea.
Three seaside villas on two to three levels with a shared underground level in Drymades, on the Albanian Riviera. Stone, timber and glass, with every main room oriented towards the Ionian Sea.
The villas sit on a plot between the beach and the Ceraunian mountains, a few steps from the sea. Each villa has two to three above-ground floors; a common underground level holds parking and technical rooms, shown in the drawings below.
The site plan and the floor plans of each villa are published: ground floor, first floor and second floor, with the parking level. The project is in development; the drone footage above shows the plot and its coastline.
