Approved by the National Territory Council (decision No. 28, 18 April 2025): 55 and 36 floors above ground over five underground levels, with residences, a hotel, offices, retail and a panoramic restaurant on floors 48 to 54. Developed and built by Glob3x Group.

Three villas above the Ionian Sea.

Land and feasibility
Site acquisition, geotechnical survey, urban-planning analysis and financial appraisal.

Design coordination
Architecture, structure, MEP and landscape coordinated in a single model, with the design team selected for each project.

Permits
Building permits obtained before marketing begins. The legal status of every development is published.

Structure
Reinforced-concrete frames, slabs and cores executed by the company's own crews with its own scaffolding and equipment.

Envelope and systems
Ventilated façades, structural glazing, thermal and acoustic insulation, mechanical and electrical systems.

Hand-over and sales
Direct sale by the company's agents, documented hand-over and after-sales service.

Sochi Winter Olympics
More than 820 Albanian workers deliver sites of the Olympic construction programme in Sochi, Adler and Krasnaya Polyana.

Skopje East Gate
More than 500 professionals complete the company's phase of a 44,000 m² shopping centre in North Macedonia.
