Zenel Bastari Street · New Boulevard · Tirana
A 95.50 m mixed-use tower on the New Boulevard.
A 25-storey tower with six underground levels and 28,963 m² of gross floor area on Zenel Bastari Street, in the New Boulevard area: residential, hotel, commercial and service functions stacked in a single slender volume.
Glow Tower rises 95.50 m above the New Boulevard, the axis that is becoming Tirana's new business district. Twenty-five floors above ground combine residences, commercial and service spaces, with six underground levels for parking and technical plant.
The hotel occupies the upper floors: rooms on levels 22 and 23, and on levels 24 and 25 a double-height space with pool, salt-therapy and massage rooms, opening onto the city and the mountains.
