Glob3x Group is a family of companies that develop, build, equip and operate buildings. Each project on this website states exactly which role the company played.
Who we are
Builders first.
Glob3x Group started on site, not in a sales office. Founded in 2008, the company began building multi-storey residential buildings in Tirana, acting as developer and general contractor at the same time. That double role still defines it: the company sells what it builds, and builds what it sells.
In 2014 Glob3x Construction took more than 820 Albanian workers to Russia for the Sochi Winter Olympics construction programme: the Sochi railway station, the Krasnaya Polyana tourist village and the auxiliary buildings of the Adler stadium. In 2019 more than 500 professionals completed the company's phase of Skopje East Gate, a 44,000 m² shopping centre in North Macedonia.
Today Glob3x Group has three residential buildings completed in Tirana, Lorden Residence under construction and on sale, a luxury hotel in Pezë and three villas in Drymades in development, and three towers in design, led by Reeds Towers, one of the tallest projects ever approved in Albania.

Four engineering commitments

Permits before promises
The legal status of every development is published. Reeds Towers carries full approval by the National Territory Council: decision No. 28 of 18 April 2025.

One responsible party
Developer, builder and seller are the same company on most projects. Programme and quality are controlled directly on site, not through intermediaries.

Measured, not described
Every project page states floors, underground levels, gross floor area and programme. Figures come from the design documents, not from marketing.

International delivery capacity
Hundreds of crews mobilised across borders, on deadlines fixed by the Olympic calendar. The same site organisation now runs the company's towers in Tirana.

Art Residence (2,844.77 m²), New Corner Residence (5,908 m²) and Avi Residence Boulevard (7,220.40 m²) are completed; Lorden Residence (11,064.54 m²) starts on site.

Towers and coast
The permit for the 191.89 m Reeds Towers is approved. Glow Tower and Urban Millefeuille advance in design; the Pezë hotel and the Drymades villas enter development.
